This role will perform banking transactions, communicate with customers to meet their banking needs and promote additional banking products/services.
Generate referrals and balance a cash drawer daily.

Minimum Education/Certification:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
A general knowledge of basic mathematical calculations and techniques is required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus! Required
Experience:
A minimum of one-year previous cash handling experience is required.
Preferred
Experience:
Sales or Customer Service relations experience would be helpful in dealing with customer assistance and satisfaction.
Bank operations exposure would be an asset in understanding why procedures are required.
Required Skills:
Strong math skills are required.
Manual dexterity and proficiency with a calculator.
The ability to balance transactions and utilize strategies for balancing transactions is essential.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and management.
A professional appearance and demeanor is required.
Physical Demands/Work Environment Requirements:
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, and bend.
A valid driver's license is required.
Must have the ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
Mental Demands:
Must at all times have a professional demeanor, maintain composer, and avoid aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations.
Must have the ability to make decisions and exercise discretion when necessary.
